RESEARCH ASSOCIATE, SENIOR

Duke University’s Department of Dermatology has an immediate opening for a Sr. Research Associate.
This role will be responsible for:
Generate DNA constructs for gene expression/knockout studies
Generate genetically engineered cell lines for tumor biology studies
Conducting tumor growth and immunotherapy experiments in mouse tumor models
Using flow cytometry to analyze intertumoral infiltration of lymphocytes.
Carry out bulk or single cell RNA analysis of mouse or patient –derived tumor samples
Writing of manuscript for peer-reviewed publications
Participate in groups meetings and discussions with fellow lab members
Required Education and Experience
Min Degree Requirements: Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g. Sc.D., M.D., D.V.M.).
Other Credential/Experiential Requirements: The appointee must have more than 5 years of postdoctoral training.
