Work involves developing immunotherapies against human cancer, using a dual approach: On the one hand, this position will develop tumor cell-penetrating antibodies that targets intracellular on co-drivers, based on the use of dimeric IgA and chimeric immunoglobulins co-targeting intracellular antigens and PIGR. On the other hand, it will optimize non-viral integration procedures for expressing novel chimeric constructs that re-direct T cells against tumor antigens, based on CRISPR-mediated targeting of Er stress pathways and chimeric receptors connected to a gamma delta TCR.
The position requires extensive expertise in both Immuno-Oncology and Molecular Biology.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g. Sc.D., M.D., D.V.M.)
Experience:
5 + years of postdoctoral experience conducting scientific research. Multiple publicastions and notable signficant contributions to scientific research.
