Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager
Duration: 2 Years
Location: Onsite San Diego, CA
Pay rate starts at $60/hr. (Negotiable)

TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILL:
  1. 5 + years PC industry experience
  2. 5 + years Project / program management experience including cross-functional leadership and execution
  3. 5 + years Channel Sales content creation and tools development
  4. 5 + years Instructional design and narrative storytelling experience?
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills - Will communicate with internal and possibly external stakeholders

Job Description:
Supports and executes business and market needs and translates those needs into required planning, resource allocation, and Marketing deliverables to meet the company's business goals and objectives. Responsible for areas including industry analyst relations, marketing events, channel marketing, public relations, branding, digital marketing, social media, product marketing. Partners with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to complete work that aligns with the company vision. Applies knowledge of principles, best practices, and applicable market research to develop competitive market strategies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leverages knowledge of Marketing principles, best practices, and applicable market research to manage projects and programs that deliver a return-on-investment.
  • Collaborates with senior management to resolve administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of project and program objectives.
  • Delegates tasks to team members by meeting regularly with each team member to discuss business dynamic, develops plans to accelerate performance, and predicts future outlooks.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerned with designated projects.
  • Acquires knowledge on marketing strategy, marketing program guidance, and sales by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks within and outside the organization.
  • Writes, rewrites and/or edits marketing/sales campaigns and programs, business results, and trends with some supervision.

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

  • Associate's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
-OR-
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to 2 years of work experience (Master's Degree in above disciplines = 1 year of work experience. Doctorate in above disciplines = 2 years of work experience.)
