- Bachelor in Biochemistry or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Master or PhD degree in teaching or education with a focus on science education and assessment

- Experience with literature review, writing, data collection and analysis
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at undergraduate level
- PhD in STEM Education or equivalent
