Summary of Job Duties:
The Student Research Assistant will assist the postdoctoral fellow in conducting in vitro studies under the supervision of the principal investigator. This role involves using advanced research methodologies, including Western Blot, qPCR, ELISA, cell culturing, cell imaging and analysis, and spectrophotometry. The assistant will be integral to the setup, execution, and overall success of the research projects, ensuring efficient and timely completion. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both basic and clinical research techniques, providing excellent preparation for a future career in scientific research.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate students majoring in nutrition and food science.
