Job Summary

The Rackham Graduate School seeks a senior research analyst to serve as a member of the Institutional Research team. The selected candidate will manage Rackham's ambitious research agenda and be centrally responsible for the implementation, analysis, and dissemination efforts related to the Michigan Doctoral Experience Study (MDES). The candidate will play an instrumental role in designing and implementing additional projects that enhance research into graduate students and provide insights about developmental trajectories for both master's and doctoral students. The candidate will work with the director of institutional research to implement research agenda, revise and enhance existing projects, and advance graduate education research in new directions.

PLEASE NOTE: Rackham is currently offering hybrid work schedules to staff, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site with the remaining time being remote.
