Full Job Description

Western University of Health Sciences is seeking an experienced HR Transformation & Innovation Advisor to lead the implementation of HR transformation solutions such as executive recruitment strategy, intelligent automation, metrics influenced decision making strategy, HR communications strategy, and optimization of HR operating and financial model. As a key influencer, you will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies and achieve business outcomes.
In this position, you will act as a strategic partner and operational leader to Human Resources leadership, ensuring seamless execution of HR programs by fostering collaboration, mitigating risks, and building scalable processes. You will bring a combination of solid program management, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to influence outcomes and drive impact. This role will supervise applicable strategic divisions as determined by Human Resources leadership.
 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships, understand business patterns, and connect ideas to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Experience and/or exposure to Project Management techniques/tools and Data visualization software.
  • In-depth experience in at least one of the following areas: people strategy, workforce planning and analytics, organization design, HR transformation, transactions and restructuring, executive recruitment, learning/development, and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and adjust communication style to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and deliver insights that support decision-making.
  • Producing reports and visualizations that provide easy-to-understand information required for decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of related work experience in project management.

OR

Master’s degree in human resources, Project Management or related disciplines

OR

Juris Doctorate/Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of related work experience OR Equivalent combination of training and experience.
