Employee Wellness Instructors provide high-quality, safe group fitness instruction through engaging, educational, and fun classes that promote fitness, wellness, and positive self-worth. They act as a fitness and wellness resource for class participants and maintain positive relationships to encourage continued class attendance. The Employee Wellness Instructor is responsible for meeting class attendance goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- ACE, AFAA, NASM, AEA, NETA, or ACSM national accreditation as a current group fitness instructor.
- Zumba instructors must hold a license to teach Zumba and have a nationally accredited group fitness certification (or secure a certification within three months of hire).
- Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200-hours or more, required for yoga instructors.
- Personal Training Certification is required for open fitness center supervision.
- At least two years of group fitness or mind-body teaching or personal training experience is required.
Hiring Range: $50 per hour.

Successful completion of a background check and degree verification (if applicable).
For international degrees, you must provide US degree equivalency verified by a nationally recognized credential evaluation service.
